Abstract
The project “Transatlantic lifelong learning: rebalancing relations”, coordinated by the University of Bologna, aims at supporting the Latin American Universities in establishing a lifelong learning policy at university level through a phase of study of the practices already adopted, a phase of reflection and construction of methods of analysis and common design and piloting phase involving both the private sector (entrepreneurship and social cohesion) and the public (namely school and health) with transversal elements related to the two sectors (such as ICT and e-learning, legislation, Quality Assurance, lifelong learning management).
The AL participants are kindly expected to collaborate mapping the state of the art of their local and/or regional contexts, identifying the existing good practice examples and models. Once jointly developed the methodology, short lifelong learning curricula will be designed and implemented (an example of short curricula being planned in the school context are blended learning training processes for teachers in the education system on issues such as "education for citizenship”, recalling that one of the focuses being addresses within the...(+)
